New and Returning Student Registration


All families will be able to complete new student registration and/or returning student proof of residency starting on July 18, 2022. Columbus ISD is currently changing its Student Information System (SIS), so families will need to obtain a paper copy of the new student enrollment packet at their child's school.


To complete Proof of Residency, all families will need to submit a copy of a current utility bill, a current rental agreement, or a voter's registration card with the name of the guardian registering the student on it. This will be compared to a state issued driver's license or identification card in order to verify the guardian's identity and place of residency.
