Columbus ISD Parent Portal Information Page
Parent Portal will be used by all campuses and grade levels to enroll new and returning students to Columbus ISD for the 2021-2022 school year.
Beginning July 19th, ALL students to Columbus ISD in grades Pre-K - 12th will be able to enroll or complete annual registration paperwork using the Ascender Parent Portal.

Instructions and Account Creation:
The attachments below have instruction on how to create a Parent Portal account, to helping you walk through the enrollment process, and how to upload your documents into Parent Portal in both English and Spanish.
For creating a Parent Portal account, please use the document titled Parent Portal Account Instructions, it is in both English and Spanish.
If you have a Parent Portal account and need to complete online student registration, use the document titled Quick Online Registration, both English and Spanish.

Parents who have a link saved to their mobile device will need to delete the old link and create a new one.
How to Pin Parent Portal Shortcut on Apple and
- Open a browser on your device.
- Browse to the district Ascender website. iPhone users will need to use the Safari browser. Android users may use Chrome.
- For iPhone, in the Safari browser, click the box with the arrow at bottom of page and choose Add to Home Screen.
- For Android, in Chrome, click the three dots in upper right corner of screen and choose Add to Home Screen.
