Welcome! My name is Nicole Schobel and I am the Intervention Counselor for Columbus ISD. I am privileged to begin my seventh year providing counseling services at CES, CJHS, CHS, and CAS. As a student advocate, I work to remove barriers to student learning through collaboration with the individual student, their parents, guardians, counselors, teachers, administrators, and fellow community members. I value individuality and diversity, striving to create an environment that will promote a student’s overall well-being and increase self-awareness.
I received a Bachelor of Science from TCU, and a Master of Education in Counseling from Lamar University. I have worked in education for 14 years and am currently a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor (77950). My husband Matt and I have four beautiful children and love raising them in this amazing community!
