of Greater Colorado Valley

The Health & Behavioral Wellness Council of Greater Colorado Valley’s mission is to bring behavioral and medical health providers, along with social service agencies, school personnel, law enforcement and first responders, ministers, elected officials and community leaders together on a regular basis to:

  • Develop a collaborative networking community so to increase knowledge of all available resources as well as expand relationships among providers.
  • Collaborate to promote, create and expand the development of needed health-related services for our communities as was begun by the Behavioral Health Task Force.
  • Advocate and increase public awareness of health-related problems, challenges and resources.

Supplemental Special Education Services (SSES)
TEA has created a program called Supplemental Special Education Services (SSES). This program is designed to help families throughout the COVID pandemic. A copy of the SSES letter was sent home with each student in Special Education on Jan 6, 2022. Please refer to the links below for more information on this program.
