A new application must be completed each school year.
Only one application is needed for an entire household.
2023 - 2024 PAPER APPLICATIONS:
Upon receipt of a completed application, the Child Nutrition Department has ten days to complete the processing procedure. Families are notified by the Child Nutrition Department by mail in a timely manner. If meals are charged before the day a child’s application is approved, parents must still pay for all meals charged before application approval date.
We highly recommend filling out the application online with MySchoolApps.
If you absolutely cannot fill it out online, please contact your campus office for a paper copy.

30 DAY GRACE PERIOD:
Students with approved applications on file from the previous school year will receive the same free or reduced-price meal benefits for the first 30 days of school for processing for the current school year. After that, any family who has not submitted a new application will have meal benefits terminated.
The MySchoolBucks program will have an increase to the convenience fee that parents pay from $1.95 per payment to $2.49 per payment. This fee increase is the result of an increase in card scheme fees and will be effective as of December 11, 2017.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
