Columbus Junior High School has an active Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) that meets regularly on the third Tuesday of each month in the library at the Junior High School campus. Parent participation is both welcomed and encouraged.

Kids Click! - http://sunsite.berkeley.edu/kidsclick!/ This is a great resource site designed for use by students. It contains a wide variety of information on all subjects. A great resource for special assignments, reports, or just to learn more about a subject of interest.

Exploratorium Exploranet - http://exploratorium.edu/index.html This site has something for everyone, parents, teachers and students of all ages. It contains links to some of the best sites for parents and children. In the Learning Studio science section, for example, you can learn how to make a kite or plant a garden. Spanish language links are also offered.
