| Student clubs and groups will meet during the Activity/Advisory period, before school or after school. Specific requirements for participation in the above listed clubs/organizations vary, more detailed information regarding such requirements can be found in the CJHS-RC student handbook. |

| Extracurricular Activities: |
|
|
| Students shall be permitted to participate in extracurricular activities, subject to the following restrictions: |
|
|
- During the initial six-week period of the school year, students shall have been promoted into the next grade level, not on the basis of summer school or those who do not meet the requirements of their IEP.
- Grades - During subsequent six-week periods, students who receive a six-week grade below 70 may not participate in extracurricular activities during the following six-week period. The suspension from extracurricular activities goes into effect seven days after the last day of the six-week period during which the grade lower than 70 was earned. Students shall be allowed to participate at the end of any three-week period in which the student earns course averages of 70 or more. A student can also regain eligibility seven days after the six weeks period has ended provided he/she has a 70 or above in all subjects.
- Any school/state sanctioned activity must meet the same academic requirements as extracurricular activities. (ex: 4-H)
- Any ineligible student may practice or rehearse.
