- CISD will offer a core instructional program that meets the needs of each student.
- The District will evaluate and improve the academic performance of all students in relation to state performance standards.
- The District will provide for students challenging curricular and instructional experiences to accelerate and enrich academic performance and opportunity.
- The District will have in place a program to enhance student self-awareness and develop personal responsibility.
- The District will have established a pay system that is competitive, an environment that promotes teamwork and professional development, and recognition for exceptional performance.
